Introduction to Nothing

Postby Carloss » 19 Jun 2020 09:48

Hi! I've used this introduction before, but in a 12-minute long video. So I decided to isolate the introduction, as a song by itself, an "Introduction to nothingness"

I want to thank Mr. Hugh who guided me on how to use soundcloud's code to attach the file to the post.

Carloss,

That certainly sounded like 'an Introduction to Nothingness". One thing I really like about your playing is how you 'Pan' your sounds between left and right, and keep moving the pan as you're playing. As I listen to everything using headphones (so as not to disturb other people .. if I had it playing through an amplifier I would have that turned up to a massive volume to appreciate the music! And no, I am not deaf .. yet. I just like my music to be loud!) this 'pan' effect is accentuated. As you have explained to me, you do this using Audacity after you have played the piece.

I like the background in the embedded Soundcloud clip too. That artwork looks better on the 'embedded' link than it does on the Soundcloud website itself (there's more of it). It adds to the atmosphere of the music!
