Watermelon Wine

Postby PaulaD » 05 Jun 2014 02:29

Hi All, here's one Tom T Hall made famous. I once seen a live performance by him at the Grand Ol Opera in Nashville Tenn. Nothing fancy, just a simple record mistakes and all.

Hi there I have played from the age of 13 and all my music is played in a sort of dance tempo style. Have worked in nearly all the North East clubs over the years. That gave me a good grounding. Cheers.

Hi Paula, that was a great c/w song. Nice complimentry voicing to match your singing. Funny, but I heard the same song at the ole oprey house but I don't recall his name. All I know was he was a short fellow with a cowboy hat and guitar..Cheers, Ray.

Hi Paula.

I love hearing songs that tell a story and this song certainly delivered.
Your rendition was a pleasure to listen to. Your singing was spot on,
as was that great harmonica . A real gem.

All the best. Gerry. 8) :)
