Hymns for Sunday 26/04/2020

Postby Rev Tony Newnham » 25 Apr 2020 09:02

Hi

I've been busy again recording hymns/songs for our virtual service on Sunday (and putting the rest of the service together this week too!). Here's the links:-

First up a relatively recent hymn, Lord for the Years

Second a worship song, Jesus Christ,

And finally, We Have a Gospel to Proclaim

And a "bonus", I was asked by a Facebook friend to record this for her church, another newish hymn "Name of all Majesty".

Enjoy!

Every Blessing

Tony

Hi Tony. Enjoyed my Sunday afternoon listen. They were all new to me but enjoyed them all. Some powerful organ sounds. Thanks for posting. All the best. John

Hi Tony,

Some nice Hymns there, and beautifully played. Listening to your Viscount Envoy 35FV organ is a delight! Now that is what I would call a 'Church Organ'!

Hi Hugh

I've been very pleased with the Viscount - had it 4 or 5 years now. It is primarily a church organ or home practice organ for classical players. It does have MIDI, so I'm looking at hooking up a computer for MidiTzer or another theatre organ simulator, and perhaps also at some point pulling some orchestral sounds from my Yamaha HS8 (seen in the background of the video) - but at the moment there aren't enough hours in the days. - too much else to do, and I need to sit & rest frequently, which gets very frustrating at times.

Every Blessing
