Hi Everyone. A disappointing turn out although some are on holiday. There were eight members present and four members brought keyboards. Seven members played tunes and the theme was Marches.
Olive. It's a long way to Tipereary, Your King and country want you
George For he's a jolly good fellow, Anchors aweigh, Mr.Hitler
Clem. Smile, Unforgettable
Billy. Band of brothers, St. Louis Blues, Adios
JohnT. Land of hope and glory,Onward Christian soldiers.
Bobby. Whose your lady friend, I do like to be beside the seaside,Blaydon races, if your Irish come into the parlour,All the nice girls love a sailor. A lovely medley of tunes.
Michael played and sang. Soldier farewell, Goodbye Dolly Grey, All the nice girls, Marines hymn, Pack up your troubles, I'm Henry the eighth, It's a long way to Tipereary. Always a pleasure to hear Michael play and sing a real treat.
Thanks to all who attended and making another good night.
The next night is the North East keyboard club on Monday 12/9. Clem is bringing his Tyros 2. Hope to see you there. John

Hi John
We had a very enjoyable night, as usual Micheal excelled. I think the effort of learning new tunes is paying off,as we all seem to be improving, we didn't suffer any damp in the keyboards. Looking forward to next week.
