Good afternoon everyone. Just a quick update on last night. Eight members attended and four brought keyboards. Unfortunately Harry our leader was on holiday, but we managed to play a selection of tunes for nearly two and a half hours, from our new book five.
Flanagan and Allan medley. Underneath the arches, Hometown and strolling.
Charleston. California, Baby face, toot toot tootsie.
Waltz. Cavatina,true love, moon river.
Unchained melody. What a wonderful world, can't help falling in love, unchained melody
My fair lady. On the street where you live, wouldn't it be lovely, I could have danced
There were many more played. Thanks to all who attended it was a very good night.
The next night is Monday 5/10. and the theme is shows and films. See you there. John

Hi John
A very enjoyable night ,we got a long way through the new book. I rang Nick Stammers home and spoke to his son,he says nick is recovering from pneumonia, and is much improved. He hopes to be discharged in the next few days. I passed members best wishes.
