Good morning everybody. Just an update regarding our party. There were eighteen members present. Thanks to the members who played Billy(golfer) Nick. JonD and myself. MikeG played and sang a selection of songs/carols and a humerous one he wrote himself. I liked all the performances and they seemed to be appreciated by members.
Thanks to Harry and Lorna for doing the musical twenty questin quiz. The answers were all fauna and trees. MikeG and Keith Stobbs. Were winners. The raffle winners were Terry, Harry and Billy..
There was an appearance by Santa Claus which went down well.
We then had a lovely buffet even cream cakes. Must watch the diet..
A good night was had by all and thanks to the members for making it a very enjoyable night.
The next night is Monday 5th January,2015 and it is play what you like there is no theme.
Hope to see you all there. All the very best to you all and have a merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. I am now getting ready for my seniors golf Christmas dinner. John

Yes it was an excellent night. I would like to thank John on behalf of all members for the hard work ,organising the food and all the prizes. There was a lot of unseen work to make it successful.
Also thanks to Harry for doing the quiz ,it went down very well,and all who played for our enjoyment.
