Hi Everyone. Well another good night, there were 11 members present and 10 members played. Thanks to those who brought the four keyboards. The theme was Christmas tunes. There was a variety of tunes styles and sounds played, some I give below.
Olive. Here comes Santa Claus and Jingle Bells.
George. We three kings and when a child is born.
Brian Silent night.
Billy hark hype herald and jingle bell rock
John. The First Noel and While shepherds.
Keith. Christmas alphabet and God rest ye merry gentlemen
Clem. White Christmas and When a child is born
Lyn. Carol of the drum and Winter wonderland
Michael. Played and sang Silent night miners dream of home.
JonD. Here comes Santa Claus and Frosty the snowman
There were many more and the evening lasted for two and a half hours. Thankfully the heating was fixed and it was like a sauna.
The next night is Monday 8th. and Clem is bringing his Tyros two. Hope to see you all there.
My box net has been down as with others in the group I think it was volume of traffic on the site and also talk talk also had problems over the weekend. Tried just now and appears to be up and running. I removed a couple of tunes from the site thinking it would help solve the problem. Will get back to checking a few posts and if possible posting.
