Hi Everyone. Well it was our first night at our new venue. The room was excellent and more than suited our purpose. What a good turn out of members. There were 16 present and 4 keyboards. (Korg, Technics, Yamaha and a T4).
The theme was Jazz and Dixie and what a varied selection of tunes played and sung. Too many to mention.

It was decided to continue with the band night on the third Monday of the month. The next one will be the 21/7. Hope to see you there it's a good night for joining in with our band leader playing the same tunes.
The next night will be the 14/7 and Nick will bring his Yamaha and if I can get it out of its packaging the Kn7000.

Yes a great night was had by all the Dance Hall was a good setting for the keyboards and they sounded well for the size of the room. I hope the members of the N.E. Keyboard Club support the Chester-Le-Street Club. This gives the keyboard clubs the first three Mondays of the month a night to go too. All are welcome please bring friends lets make a go of it.
