I'm with Hugh on this one. Look at the melody at the point where the chord is, and just before and afterwards. Chances are that the Eb, which is the b9, will be in the melody.
What chord you should actually play at that point depends on what instrument you're playing.
Organ: D bass on the pedals, F# A# C and Eb, but watch the melody notes. As soon as that #5 or b9 are gone, amend the chord to match.
Keyboard: Yamaha's AI system can probably do this, but I haven't got a keyboard here to check. It can certainly do D7#5 - F# A# C D. Other makes of keyboard should be able to do that chord as well but not put the b9 in.
