Hi
I'll start the ball rolling this week with a couple of concert videos from a few years back. First offering is Jingle Bells - played on a Mustel Harmonium!

Enjoy.

Hi Tony,

That looks a very interesting instrument and certainly has a very unique sound, always like to hear Christmas carols and this was a good because of the unusual instrument used and your performance of it,

All the best, Brian007

Hi Tony. Nice to get the show on the road. Like Brian always like the Christmas tunes and agree with his comments. Not much more to add a pleasant change from the usual keyboard/organs. Most enjoyable.John

Hi Tony,

That's a novel instrument to be playing that on! Never seen one played before. I'm all for something different.

Hi

Tracks from that concert are on my You Tube channel - the Harmonium was used in more "normal" ways elsewhere in the concert.

I used to play reed organs quite a bit - and for a few years played demonstration recitals during the Saltaire Festival on some of the instruments in the Victorian Reed organ Museum - sadly now closed. Great fun. I own 2 Harmoniums, but both need some work doing on them.

Mustel Harmoniums are regarded as the "Rolls Royce" of the breed - costing around the price of a reasonable house when new.

Every Blessing

Tony
