Does anyone have an English version of the manual? I only have foreign versions and am struggling a bit. The online one does not seem to cover enough of the functions. .. Fred

Thanks Brian. I have seen this manual but there is very little information on there for the YC. When I bought the Lowrey Rialto I realised there were no drawbars and have been wondering about buying something like the Ferrofish but then I saw the Reface s/hand on Gumtree for £180. I have not yet tried to MIDI it to the Lowrey but as my knowledge of MIDI is less than nil I am slightly worried. I will re-watch some of the videos on YouTube first. .. Cheers .. Fred

Well …………………. I have connected the Reface to the Lowrey via Midi out on the Reface to Midi in on the Lowrey. Using the same cable my Bk-7m has been working on successfully and nothing happens. I should be able to play the Reface voices using keys on the Lowrey. Nothing works. Signed .. Baffled of Nottingham.

I am not even going to offer a suggestion as I myself have spent many hours trying to sort out midi connections, and only to find out the next time I switched things on it would not work ?????? like it did when I switched things off ???

As you have said Youtube is your best bet

Have you set the MIDI channel on the Lowrey correctly? The Reface YC defaults to Channel 1 for MIDI in.

David. I have no information about the MIDI channel on the Lowrey. The manual does not even mention MIDI. I am therefore presumably using the same channel the Roland Bk-7 operated on perfectly. .. Fred

Thank you Fred. I have found and tried all 15 MIDI channels on both keyboards on the Rialto but none of them have provided an answer. I think the next thing is to use an alternative cable and if that does not work then a telephone call to Allensmusic. Thanks again for taking an interest. .. Fred
