Postby Brian007 » 08 Jul 2018 14:11

Hi ALL,

I know a lot of people may be put off by the thoughts of creating their very own piece of music , but really its not that hard, and if I can do it , it cant be that hard

Here are some links that may be of help to you,

Writing your own music - starting points

Do a right-click to open this up in a New Tab
https://www.bbc.com/education/guides/zqb4gdm/revision/1

Some popular Chord progressions to get you started ,

So there you go, so why not give it a go, as you just do not know what you may achieve

Good luck and all the best, Brian007

Following from the previous post, here`s a video 24 minutes long so grab a coffee before you start to watch and see just how quick and easy this guy makes it look, yes its on an Ipad but bear in mind that the auto play he uses in Garageband is no different to your variations on an arranger keyboard, he makes it so simple and easy to follow, enjoy
