Hi

I came across this piece on Facebook a little while ago and subsequently thought it would be appropriate for church.

Hi Tony. Remember it well and some of the words. Powerful playing you even had time to scratch your beard and adjust your glasses. Keep them coming. John

Tony,

On the embedded video clip it says "Cwm Rhondda". Now you have me totally confused. This is the Hymn I know as "Cwm Rhondda".

Cwm Rhondda - Guide Me O Thou Great Redeemer (Orig Jehovah)

Hi Hugh

The piece is based on the hymn tune (and the title derives from the words of one verse). Bits of the tune appear throughout the piece - often rhythmically altered though, as with the opening.
