Interesting! You can liven a Style up by combining two different Styles.

Hi Hugh,

In theory you can change a style to something totally different or pinch the bits you like from one style and swap if for another
The ironic part is, this facility is also on the Tyros 5 but I have never used it. Thats one thing these new videos of the Genos have
done is make me look at exactly what the Tyros 5 can do ?

As you know, I have a Yamaha AR80 organ which I bought in 1998 (the model came out in 1997) .. and I am still finding things out about it that I can do. For instance, I have found out I can set the REVERB up differently for the Upper and Lower Manuals. So for example, I can have a saxophone playing on the Upper with loads of Reverb; and a piano on the Lower with no reverb at all. Gives you a completely different sound to a piece. I would have a keyboard as well as the AR if I had room for it, but wouldn't change the organ when I am still trying to master playing it!

Hi Hugh,

Its a well none fact that a lot of people only use 20% of the actual keyboard and I probably fall into that category too
