The September Song

This is the song that they played for the BBC sitcom "May to December". I have been researching this on YouTube and found ...

This version below has a really 'haunting' organ and piano backing to it. There are some songs where I just love the arrangement they have done, and this is one of them. Well worth a listen.
September Song by Williie Nelson .. a song about treasuring the years left in the Autumn of your life, and caring for the one you love. "September Song" is an American pop standard composed by Kurt Weill, with lyrics by Maxwell Anderson, introduced by Walter Huston in the 1938 Broadway musical Knickerbocker Holiday.

What a gorgeous piece of music!

If you like the song and want to listen to it again, then someone has put it with another video. Nice Autumn colours in this one.
