Recording on T3 : Help needed!

It has been a few years since I last recorded anything on my T3 and I thought if I have to self isolate for 3 months, then I could attempt to play my T3 again. However, I have completely forgotten how to make a recording on the keyboard. I have Audacity etc still on my laptop but having read Hugh’s explicit instructions, it is all a mystery.
So, what I need without having to read the manual, is a blow by blow account of what needs to be done to enable me to reproduce some of my efforts from yesteryear. My arthritic hands and wrists may prove to be a stumbling block and I have not played for a long time, but I am ready to give it a try and try and do my version of “ Over the Rainbow”.
