Eminent Grand Theatre Organ

Greetings fellow organ fans,
It looks the business but have never heard one. Does anyone have a decent demo of an Eminent Theatre Organ. I see various organs on Ebay and often wonder how they sound. I usually check out our TDP or head to Youtube and see if I can find a decent demo but can't find much on this one.
cheers,
Brian D.

Type 'john mann organist' into youtube you'll find a couple of clips but I can't find much else. Maybe someone has one of John's many LPs ready to upload.....

As for a proper demo of this (for its time) amazing organ, the tube had only the usual rubbish from people who know nothing about it or how to use it.
It's not what you play, it's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.

Hi Brian,

You can get a good idea what the Grand Theatre sounds like from this recording ... the 1500/1600 and 2000 had very similar sounds - of course the 2000/2500 Grand Theatre organs had drawbars, which did make the bigger models more versatile and gave it a somewhat richer sound ....

All the best,

Mike
