Due to an increase in moped snatch and grab issues, (November 2018) the Metropolitan Police are cracking down on them, literally.
They have trained units, driving normal police cars, who ram the moving mopeds to tip the drivers off their machines.
This crime rate is dropping ..... in more ways than one.
