Hi ALL,

I liVe up north, in County Durham and as predicted at 7.00am this morning I took our dog out as usual and it was snowing like mad and a strong northerly wind, it was lying on the grass and the cars and rooftops but not on the roads, so the weather forecasters were right, not a sign of things to come I hope.

All the best Brian,

PS 07.54 ITS STOPPED :D :D

Picked the last of the runner beans yesterday. I can't remember harvesting them in the last week of October in earlier years. .. Fred

Hi John,

Must have been the way it came in then, we went to The Galleries at Washington on Sat. morning and there was nothing at all, just cold , windy and wet

You people up North! You're obsessed with the weather! Come down to sunny Weston-super-Mare where we're sitting outside the bungalow in front of the chiminea and having a barbecue.
