I have had a phone call from DonW today to say that he can no longer listen to any of the music using his "Tablet" (a Tablet, not an iPad). When he clicks on the Box LINK in a post there is no 'Play' button for him to play the music. As far as I can tell, he is getting the same problem as the one I had when using my Windows XP Desktop with Google Chrome.

He has had his Tablet for quite a while, so am presuming that the cause of his problem could be the operating system. I would like to know ...

Is any other Member having this problem when using an older 'Tablet'?

By the way, Don says he is using Firefox on his Tablet to access the internet. My Windows XP computer with Firefox has no problem getting the music with either Box LINKS or embedded YouTube clips (at the moment!). It's Google Chrome that has a problem with Windows XP.

Nothing out of the ordinary here with BOX and I am using Chrome, but on a laptop using windows 10 ?
not too sure what it is or what to suggest,
