Hi All,

Just in case anyone wants to capture an image of the touch screen on the above range of keyboards here`s how to do it

1. Insert a USB stick

2. In the Style control section, hold down "BREAK" and "ENDING 2" and "ENDING 3" buttons simultaneously while turning on Genos (or in your case PSR SX)

3. After the keyboard is ready, press the "ONE TOUCH SETTING 4" button to take a screenshot

4. The screenshots are stored in the root folder on the USB stick and are named CAPT000X ...

It is worth mentioning that the files are BitMap Files and are easy to convert to JPeg if you want to post them on a forum seeking help.

Another point is that you should take them off the USB stick once taken because you will not be able to create another batch if the files are still there.

The three buttons you hold down when turning the keyboard on are different depending on which keyboard you have:

The Display can be saved as an image to your USB pen.

Tyros 4 : GUITAR - ORGAN & STRINGS
(capture with Registration 8)
Tyros 5 & PSR : BASS - ORGAN & STRINGS
(capture with Registration 8)
Genos (& new PSR-SX): BRAKE - ENDING2 - ENDING3
(capture with OTS 4)

In this mode, you cannot use "OTS4" (or "Registration8") button to play any music since the button is dedicated to screen capture only. You must restart keyboard.
